WHY THIS APPROACH

Give the explanation
a little cause and effect.

The Academy already has useful analogies, diagrams, code, and real practice. These labs propose a small bridge between understanding an explanation and applying it independently.

01

Make the decision visible.

Ask for a prediction before revealing a result. A correct answer becomes more useful when the learner can explain it.

02

Keep the representations connected.

The definition, the workflow picture, and the execution log should tell the same story as a setting changes.

03

Let a mistake teach something.

A missing field, a duplicate order, or an old source creates a reason to inspect the evidence and try again.

04

Finish beyond the simulation.

Fade the hints, give a new case, then move into real Kestra. Independent transfer is the useful outcome.

What this proposal is based on

This independent proposal draws on the text and visuals of five Fundamentals lessons—Workflow Orchestration, What is Kestra, Use Cases, Set Up Kestra, and Flows—and the public outlines of four Academy courses. The other internal lessons and video narration have not been fully assessed. The specialist labs are concept proposals, not findings that those lessons lack interactivity.

The examples are authored for this showcase. Runs, source documents, and AI responses are illustrative; the pipeline calculations are performed on synthetic rows. The actual product and supported course version remain the reference for real practice.

A SMALL IDEA YOU CAN ACTUALLY TRY

Good explanations.
Now with a little experimentation.
